The All Things Go Festival has officially canceled the New York edition of its 2026 event following severe weather forecasts warning of an incoming Nor’easter. The powerful storm system is predicted to sweep across the region, bringing dangerous conditions that include gusty winds, heavy rain, and significant coastal flooding to the area.

The announcement was made by festival organizers just ahead of the event’s scheduled opening day, catching attendees, industry professionals, and music fans by surprise. In an official statement released by the festival team, organizers explained that the decision came after thorough consultation with local emergency officials, representatives from Forest Hills Stadium, and trusted professional weather advisors.

"We have made the difficult decision to cancel All Things Go NYC on September 25, 26, and 27 due to severe weather conditions in the New York Metro area," organizers wrote in their public statement. "The safety of our fans, the artists, and our local crew is our top priority."

For ticket holders who purchased passes for the Queens-based event, festival officials have confirmed that full refunds will be automatically issued back to the original credit cards used during the purchase process. No additional action is required from ticket buyers to initiate these refunds.

The New York installment of the All Things Go Festival boasted a star-studded and diverse lineup. The event was scheduled to feature prominent headliners such as Zara Larsson, Lola Young, Muna, and Ethel Cain. They were booked to perform alongside a wide array of acclaimed acts, including Rebecca Black, Carly Rae Jepsen, Grace Ives, Sienna Spiro, and Cara Delevingne, among others.

While the cancellation deals a heavy blow to live music enthusiasts in the New York metropolitan area, festival organizers have clarified that the separate Maryland edition of the All Things Go Festival, which is scheduled to take place on the exact same dates, will proceed as planned, unaffected by the northern weather system.

The Queens event is far from the only high-profile East Coast festival forced to pull the plug this weekend due to the rapidly deteriorating weather conditions. The historic New York metropolitan region and surrounding coastal areas are facing widespread event cancellations as emergency management teams and municipal leaders urge caution.

Among the casualties of the severe weekend forecast is the CBGB Festival in Brooklyn, which has also been called off. Additionally, organizers for Oceans Calling, a massive multi-day musical gathering scheduled to take place in Ocean City, Maryland, announced the cancellation of their festivities.

Furthermore, the annual Global Citizen Festival, which was set to return to its traditional home on the Great Lawn in New York City’s Central Park on Saturday, September 26, has been scrapped. That event was slated to feature major musical performances and public advocacy efforts, with artists like Ms. Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean previously announced as headliners.

The convergence of multiple major festival cancellations underscores the severe threat posed by the incoming Nor’easter, prompting event producers, venue managers, and local authorities to prioritize public safety above all else as the treacherous weather system bears down on the East Coast.
